the balinese dress up activity was really amazing. aya, dinda, and listi managed everything very well. there were many pools to choose from. there were also great restaurants on site. the rock pool bar was a highlight. the walk to kubu beach is a must. it is a very quiet and tranquil place.
prices for food were high, but worth it.

the ocean view room was perfect. it was one of the best rooms. the room was spacious and had luxurious frills. the rooms were clean and well kept. all rooms were great
I remember the amazing food ordered near the pool it was all very good. The service everywhere was lovely. I strongly recommend the Kisik Restaurant at sunset. I also recommend Damar Terrace for lunch it was beautiful.
I remember the check-in process was fairly quick. There was no one at the lobby to help with our bags. Our taxi driver looked for help. It took a long time for the air conditioning to cool down the room it was slow.

I loved the private beach access it provides exclusive entry to Rock Bar. The staff remembered my name after one interaction which was really nice. The resort app made contacting staff easy too.
Some pools were quite crowded a slight inconvenience.
